Application:

Tea polyphenols as antioxidants can be applied to meat-product processing, oil storage and baked foods, dairy products, beverage preparation, etc. As a antistaling agent, it could slow the biochemical activity of  picked fruits and vegetables, delay the late maturing stage; It can prevent the natural pigment (such as carotene, chlorophyll, vitamin B2 and carmine, etc.) fading by light oxidation.
