Citrus Aurantium Extract Description: synephrine, chemical name called 2- methylamino -1- (4- hydroxyphenyl) - Ethanol, mainly extract from a fruit (Citrus aurantium). It has been collected in the Pharmacopoeia of the three countries of northern Europe and the German Pharmacopoeia. The foreign study found that synephrine can improve metabolism and increase energy consumption, also has slimming effect. so synephrine often as a nutritional supplement or food supplements are used to regulate appetite and body weight. After the FDA in 2004 banned the use of ephedrine in dietary supplements, synephrine as alternatives are being used more and more widely.
